Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure high availability and reliability.
Manage Linux and Windows virtual machines, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
Support deployment, release, and operational activities through CI/CD pipelines.
Assist in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident resolution.
Create and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to improve system visibility and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and DevOps best practice adoption.
Support containerized applications running on Kubernetes and Docker platforms.
Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort.
Assist in implementing security recommendations, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call support rotations and incident management activities.
Work within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
1-2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, System Administration, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Linux administration and basic Windows server management.
Experience with one scripting or programming language such as Python, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, or Go.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Basic experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, and HTTP/HTTPS.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
