Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
  • Own technical design for complex features and services
  • Translate business requirements and UX designs into technical solutions
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools
  • Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies
  • Lead root cause analysis of production incidents
  • Provide thoughtful code reviews and mentor engineers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience building full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, and React
  • Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger)
  • Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) and Git-based workflows
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
  • Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar)

Preferred

  • Experience in Fintech, banking, or payment systems
  • Familiarity with AWS services
  • Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or Logz.io
