Responsibilities

Design and build AI solutions for backend workflows

Support code reviews, testing, and development automation

Help stand up MCP servers and AI agents

Contribute to AI-driven orchestration and DevOps initiatives

Improve internal processes using practical AI applications

Collaborate with technical teams on solution design

Required

• Strong experience as a software or AI engineer
• Hands-on experience applying AI to backend processes
• Experience with code review and testing workflows

• Experience supporting development and automation efforts

Preferred

• Experience with CursorAI
• Exposure to MCP server setup
• Background in DevOps-related automation
• Experience with backend optimization projects
• Familiarity with AI tooling for engineering teams
