Develop, customize, and implement software interfaces and integrations
Communicate with project team, functional team, customers, service managers, project managers and third-party vendors
Participate in project requirement gathering sessions
Prepare and maintain software design documentation
Develop product to customer requirements
Support testing with customers and third-party vendors
Provide second tier support for custom software deliverables
Perform project delivery tasks within stated budget and schedule
Stay abreast of Public Safety industry standards and specifications related to product development

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field or commensurate, documented experience
4+ years’ experience in software development
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
Experience in public safety workflows
Working Knowledge of C#
Working Knowledge of C++
Working Knowledge of XML/XSL
Working Knowledge of JSON
Working Knowledge of SQL
Working Knowledge of HTTP/REST
Working Knowledge of REACT
Working Knowledge of WCF
Working Knowledge of GIT
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
