Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Work with relational databases to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval
Write unit tests and perform code reviews
Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks
Contribute to scalability and performance optimization
Create and maintain technical documentation

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
Experience with React, Ember, and native Rails views
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with tools such as Pusher, Sidekiq, Skylight
Experience with Ember, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks
Knowledge of AWS service and deployment concepts
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Strong experience integrating 3rd party APIs for external services, payment processors, etc.
