Job Overview

Looking for a Java developer responsible for building Java applications. Their primary responsibility will be to design and develop some modules of application, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

They are someone who can start immediately or have 30 day notice period.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficient in Java and Springboot with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.
• A Knack for writing clean, readable Java code.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge of any of the SQL databases, with Knowledge of NoSQL database, will be preferred.

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries.
• Experience with both external and embedded databases.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

Qualities

• Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with various teams.
• Self-disciplined, excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience
