- Develop or enhance Power BI reports and other analytical tools used to support operational and leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting gaps and inefficiencies in existing business processes.

- Proficiency in Python, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, or similar data-manipulation libraries.
- Foundational understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data-modeling concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing reports or dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- Exposure to data-intake, workflow-automation, or form-based data-collection processes.
- Basic understanding of data-governance principles, including data quality, documentation, ownership, and lineage.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a global business environment.
