Responsibilities

  • Provide architecture guidance for AI-powered conversational IVR solutions
  • Perform design validation for AI-powered conversational IVR solutions
  • Make best-practice recommendations across the full implementation lifecycle
  • Act as a Technical Advisory Consultant for implementing AI-powered conversational IVR solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in contact center technologies
  • 3–5+ years hands-on or advisory experience in Amazon Connect
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Connect
  • Experience with Amazon Lex V2
  • Experience with Contact Lens
  • Experience with AI/NLP-based conversational IVR systems
  • Strong understanding of CCaaS architecture
  • Strong understanding of contact center design
  • Strong understanding of call flows
  • Strong understanding of routing strategies
  • Strong understanding of queue management
  • Strong AWS experience
  • Experience with IAM
  • Experience with Lambda
  • Experience with S3
  • Experience with CloudWatch
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • Exposure to AI/ML services
  • Exposure to conversational AI ecosystems
  • Exposure to system integrations
  • Exposure to API-based architectures

Preferred

  • Prior experience in AI-driven IVR transformation programs
  • Experience with Amazon Q in Connect / GenAI integrations
  • Experience with Nova Sonic or voice AI solutions
  • Experience with Multi-language IVR implementations
