What awaits you

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join the project team responsible for the migration of a people management system. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality deliverables across both backend and frontend components.Development and maintenance of high-performance backend systems with Spring Boot and Java 21 (or older, at least Java 8)

• Lead the development and maintenance of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, OpenAPI, Cucumber
• Drive frontend development using Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ensure smooth integration within the Cloudfoundry environment
• Design and manage database solutions with MongoDB and PostgresDB
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Keycloak
• Maintain code quality and compliance using tools like Maven, Sonar, Mend, Fortify
• Set up monitoring and observability through Grafana
• Build event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Apply structured architectural practices (e.g., Arc42) to deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate in version control and CI/CD workflows using GitHub
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members

Your profile

Must-haves

• Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer in senior or lead roles
• Strong backend development expertise: Java, Spring Boot, OpenAPI, Cucumber
• Solid frontend development skills: Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Cloudfoundry
• Strong knowledge of databases: MongoDB, PostgresDB
• Familiarity with security frameworks like Keycloak
• Experience using CI/CD and code quality tools (Maven, Sonar, Mend, Fortify)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka
• Understanding of architectural frameworks like Arc42
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken); English is a plus

Additional Advantage

• Prior experience in migration projects, particularly the migration of complex systems or applications
