Responsibilities

Perform technical planning, requirements definition, test planning and execution
Perform software system product services
Serve as an active member of the software development team
Utilize full-stack development expertise using C#
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
Provide development support for deployed solutions
Implement long-term solutions within the Agile framework
Interface with stakeholders for project requirements
Apply and promote good software engineering practices
Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues on solutions
Document software designs
Use IDE tools including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Requirements

Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core
Strong understanding of C#
Proficiency in developing back-end applications using MVC and .Net core
Strong Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
Experience with Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface (RESTful APIs) and other APIs
Proficiency in database design and development
Experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL) Server and Entity Framework
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS))
Experience with version control systems (GIT and Team Foundation Server/Team Foundation Version Control (TFS/TFVC))
Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy)
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools (NUnit, xUnit, and MSTest)
Proficiency in using development tools like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality software
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (IaC)
Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications and APIs
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications
Experience with third-party libraries, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and APIs relevant to .Net development
Five (5) or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
Proven track record of working on complex software projects and leading development initiatives
Experience with designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications
U.S. Citizenship required
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
