Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers to build and maintain scalable systems
Take on complex features and projects independently
Lead technical discussions with Build and Product
Develop solutions for user problems, articulating tradeoffs
Apply design and implementation judgment for reliability and scalability
Participate in day-to-day coding, code reviews, and on-call rotations
Identify technical risks early and collaborate to address them
Mentor teammates and share expertise
Contribute to team practices and documentation

Requirements

Experience building and maintaining production-ready software systems
Strong problem-solving skills and sound design/implementation judgment
Nimble and comfortable with evolving requirements
Clear, maintainable code with high quality standards
Articulate technical decisions and tradeoffs
Identify risks and edge cases proactively
Effective written communication for distributed team
