Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
Lead migration of integrations from middleware to Workday-native frameworks
Assess, document, and rationalize existing integration landscape
Build and maintain integrations supporting Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration failures
Define and enforce integration development standards and best practices
Ensure integrations adhere to data governance, privacy, and access control

8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday integrations
Demonstrated experience leading integration migration initiatives
Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, RaaS, and Web Services
Solid understanding of Workday data model and object structure
Experience with XML, XSLT, and JSON for data transformation
Ability to work independently on complex integration challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Workday Pro certification in Integrations
Experience integrating Workday with Salesforce, Coupa, Workiva, CloudPay, and Okta
Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
Experience working in a publicly traded company with SOX compliance
Exposure to Workday Extend or Prism Analytics
