8+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale backend and distributed systems in cloud-native environments
Proven track record of delivering production-grade services and platforms
Deep experience with AWS
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using modern automation frameworks and tools
Experience designing and implementing authentication, authorization, identity management, and cloud security solutions
Proven ability to define technical architecture
Evaluate trade-offs
Drive platform and infrastructure decisions
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, and Cursor, and GitHub
Leverage AI to accelerate development and problem-solving
Apply sound engineering judgment
Maintain high standards for quality, security, and correctness
Hands-on mindset with a passion for building
Comfortable operating as both an architect and an individual contributor
