Position Title

Talent Advocate (IT Specialist)

Profile Summary

We are seeking a Senior Talent Advocate with extensive experience recruiting technical talent internationally for US-based enterprise clients, including Fortune 400 and Fortune 500 companies.

This is a high-impact, senior-level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in international technical recruitment. You will operate in a global sourcing environment, identifying and calibrating top-tier engineers worldwide to support complex, large-scale US technology initiatives.

The role combines strategic sourcing, deep technical evaluation, executive-level candidate advisory, and AI-driven recruitment optimization.

Work hours coverage: 9am - 6pm CST

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level technical roles across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and platform engineering.
  • Recruit globally, identifying top technical talent across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and other strategic regions to support US enterprise clients.
  • Translate complex enterprise job descriptions into structured evaluation frameworks and measurable screening criteria.
  • Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews to validate architecture ownership, system design capabilities, communication clarity, and seniority alignment.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing precision, optimize Boolean logic, structure screening rubrics, analyze transcripts, detect risk patterns, and improve overall productivity.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to candidates, refining resumes and positioning to align with Fortune-level hiring standards.
  • Deliver highly analytical candidate submissions, clearly mapping technical expertise, business impact, and project ownership to client requirements.
  • Operate effectively under performance KPIs while maintaining high-caliber candidate quality suitable for enterprise environments.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting technical profiles internationally.
  • Proven experience recruiting for US-based enterprise clients, ideally Fortune 400 or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong technical literacy across modern engineering stacks including backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, distributed systems, and data platforms.
  • Ability to distinguish and calibrate senior engineers with real architectural ownership versus mid-level contributors.
  • Advanced English proficiency C1 or C2, with the ability to evaluate executive-level communication skills.
  • Active, practical use of AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, evaluation accuracy, and workflow productivity.

Technical & Market Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps culture, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean sourcing, and global talent mapping strategies.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and performance tracking.

Skills

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail
  • Passionate about helping candidates succeed; you view candidates as partners, not just numbers.
  • Ability to handle changing client priorities and urgent hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of analyzing sourcing metrics and adjusting strategies to improve fill rates and candidate quality.
