Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and queries
Build and maintain backend services using .NET technologies
Develop responsive UI components using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements
Implement and enhance reporting capabilities
Improve database performance through indexing strategies, query tuning, and data modeling
Participate in Agile development processes
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability, security, and scalability

Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
Solid hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and Web APIs
Experience with front-end development using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience working with complex, data-driven applications
Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with CI/CD practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working on grant management systems or similar domains
Familiarity with grant lifecycle processes, compliance requirements, and reporting needs
Experience in product-based development environments
Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
