Own METI IT application operations, stability, and service delivery
Lead and manage the IT Application Operations / ETRM support team
Ensure successful execution of End-of-Day (EOD) and batch processing
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1–L2) application support
Act as primary escalation point for IT-related application incidents
Manage third-party vendors and offshore support partners
Monitor and improve platform availability, performance, and operational KPIs
Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities
Ensure appropriate runbooks, documentation, and operational controls are in place
Partner with the Head of Business Operations to support business-led change
Strong experience supporting enterprise trading or financial systems
Hands-on knowledge of Endur or similar ETRM platforms
Proven experience working in cloud architecture (Azure)
Proven experience leading application or production support teams
Strong understanding of IT service management (incident, problem, change)
Experience managing vendors and offshore delivery models
Ability to operate under pressure in time-critical trading environments
Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Structured, control-focused mindset with attention to operational risk
