Responsibilities
- Deliver WinChoice's software platform
- Implement the latest and greatest software
- Drive architecture decisions from design through deployment
- Act as a player-coach
- Set the bar for code reviews, testing strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering discipline
- Define how AI is used responsibly and effectively
- Drive productivity without compromising quality
Requirements
- 5–7+ years building cloud-based software
- Strong experience with AWS (or GCP, Azure)
- Experience with modern backend systems
- A background in C#, Java, or similar languages
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping technology
