Support and Maintenance

Provide support for Workato integration workflows.

Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.

Experience

5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato.

Technical Proficiency

Strong hands-on experience with Workato, including creating recipes, managing triggers, actions, and jobs.

Expertise in API integrations and working with cloud applications (Salesforce, Oracle, Concur, etc.).

Integration Experience

Proficiency in integrating SaaS and on-premise applications. Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.

Having Snowflake and MuleSoft experience.

Troubleshooting & Debugging

Strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.

Project Management

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Certifications

Workato Certification or other relevant integration certifications.

Agile Experience

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.

Advanced Skills

Experience with advanced features in Workato, such as advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling.
