Determine detailed requirements for new or enhanced application functionality
Migrate and modernize application code within a new gov-cloud solution
Assist in the detailed design of new application functionality
Develop and test code for new functionality using Visual Studio
Integrate separately-developed functionality into the software
Plan and manage work using a DevSecOps toolset
Manage documentation and code
Configure CI/CD pipelines within DevSecOps
Deploy the application to testing environments
Assist with integration and regression testing
Enable demonstrations and verification testing of application functionality
Comply with government directives, standards, and guidelines for software and data security
Configure DevSecOps processes to manage tasks and deliverables
Re-develop and integrate the software application within the designated gov-cloud environment
Set up and use continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Develop and execute test cases to verify application functionality
Test and scan the application for compliance with security requirements
Prepare the test environment and database for demonstration and verification testing
Assist in the capture and handling of observations/results
Plan and coordinate software and environment changes to enhance integration and functionality

5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA, 0 years with PhD, 7 years AS/AA or 9 years HS
Direct hands-on experience developing software applications for a customer using .Net, C#, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, Razor, SQL Server and Git
Must be a U.S Citizen

Direct hands-on experience with cloud-based DevSecOps tool suites like Jira/Confluence/GitLab and test management
Familiarity with managing, maintaining, testing and deploying software applications in a gov-cloud environment
Experience with application containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
