Oracle Fusion HCM AI Solutions Lead/Senior Consultant

Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Fusion HCM AI Solutions Lead / Senior Consultant, you’ll help drive and expand AI capabilities within the Oracle HCM Practice by designing innovative AI-driven HCM solutions and enabling enterprise AI adoption. You’ll work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, develop AI-powered use cases, and support customer AI transformation initiatives. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion AI Agents, AI orchestration, LLM ecosystems, and conversational AI will play a key role in shaping next-generation Oracle HCM solutions while mentoring teams and contributing to practice growth.

Your day-to-day

• Design and develop AI-driven use cases and solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM;
• Configure and develop Oracle Fusion AI Agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio;
• Identify AI and automation opportunities within HCM processes in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Design conversational AI solutions, AI-assisted workflows, and enterprise AI integrations;
• Support client demos, workshops, AI strategy discussions, and pre-sales activities;
• Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, prototypes, and demo use cases for the Oracle HCM Practice;
• Mentor teams on Oracle Fusion AI capabilities, enterprise adoption, and best practices;
• Stay current on Oracle AI roadmap, LLM advancements, and enterprise AI trends;
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and the AI capability roadmap within the practice.

Keys to your success

• 7+ years of experience within the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem, with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion AI capabilities;
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agents and Oracle AI Agent Studio;
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, conversational AI, and responsible AI;
• Experience designing AI-driven solutions, copilots, assistants, or intelligent automation;
• Good understanding of integration patterns between Oracle Fusion HCM and external AI platforms/tools;
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience supporting demos, workshops, and pre-sales activities;
• Ability to mentor teams and contribute to AI capability development.

Extra edge

• Oracle Fusion AI or AI platform certifications;
• Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 AI);
• Exposure to AI architecture, security, and governance frameworks.
