About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to support remote technology, data, cloud, AI, and operational initiatives across internal and client-facing work. This role is designed for a strong operator who can work independently, communicate clearly, and produce high-quality work in an async-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own important workstreams from discovery through delivery, documentation, testing, and handoff.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Build practical systems, workflows, analysis, or technical outputs that solve real business problems.
• Document decisions, assumptions, tradeoffs, risks, and operating procedures clearly.
• Use data, evidence, and structured thinking to improve quality, reliability, and performance.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations in writing with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience for this role area.
• Strong practical experience with Full-Stack Development, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, APIs.
• Ability to work remotely with high ownership, clear communication, and strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving technology consulting environment.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, marketing technology, healthcare technology, data platforms, or enterprise software environments.
• Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous documentation-heavy workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical or operational execution plans.

Work Environment

• Remote role for candidates located in the United States.
• Full-time position.
• Senior individual contributor or lead-level responsibilities depending on experience.
