Responsibilities

  • Develop and modernize school support web applications, APIs, and services using Microsoft technologies
  • Lead application architecture, system design, database development, testing, and deployment
  • Gather business and technical requirements, recommend scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot production issues across development, testing, and production
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, mentor junior developers
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scheduled delivery
  • Support continuous improvement and application modernization

Requirements

  • 5+ years developing .NET web applications and APIs
  • 5+ years ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, Angular, REST/SOAP
  • 3+ years of JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3
  • 3+ years of Entity Framework and SQL Server
  • Experience with K-12 or school-based applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field or equivalent

  • Oracle, PostgreSQL, or PL/SQL
  • TypeScript and Node.js
  • SSRS and SSIS
  • Microservices architecture
  • Azure or AWS cloud environments
