5+ years in corporate IT roles
Significant responsibility for systems administration
Hands-on, production experience with AWS
Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform
Direct, production experience with an enterprise identity provider (Okta preferred)
Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management
Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
Comfort working with REST APIs and JSON
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed environment

Experience with Jamf, Intune, and/or device posture tooling
Experience managing core SaaS tools
Background designing or maintaining automations with tools like Serval, Zapier, or equivalent
Experience evaluating, configuring, and governing AI tools and agents
Working knowledge of Azure and/or other major cloud providers alongside AWS
Prior experience supporting a rapidly scaling, distributed engineering organization
