The Event Day Incident Management Supervisor directs all Base Operations activities during games, concerts, and special events, ensuring rapid incident response, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across teams. This role maintains operational readiness, tracks response performance, and supports a safe, well-managed event environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Direct all Base Operations activities during games, concerts, and special events to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for Base Operations staff throughout each event.
- Monitor, dispatch, and track all incidents, service requests, and operational issues in real time.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and closure of all incidents in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of response times and uphold operational standards using designated systems and software.
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional incident reports detailing the situation, actions taken, and final outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners—including security, law enforcement, facilities, EMS, and event staff, as needed.
- Provide direction and support to Base Operations personnel to ensure timely, appropriate responses.
- Escalate critical incidents to management promptly, following established communication protocols.
- Conduct post-event reviews to identify operational issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with venue policies, safety regulations, and event-specific operational plans.
- Maintain situational awareness throughout events to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Prioritize competing demands, manage multiple incidents simultaneously, and ensure accurate documentation at all times.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of three years’ related experience, and/or active or retired emergency services dispatcher, police officer, fire fighter experience, Office of Emergency Management.
