Required Skills

a. Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.

b. General Experience

• At least five (5) years of experience in project management.
• PMI certification as a PMP or equivalent, as determined by the PO.

c. Specialized Experience

• At least five (5) years of experience in managing IT related projects.
• Must demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.
• At least one (1) year of experience creating data warehouses containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Desired Skills

1. Education

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.

2. General Experience

• At least one (1) year of IT technical experience in creating data warehouses with student-level education and/or employee-level workforce data.

3. Specialized Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience working as an IT Technical Project Manager in a government, public education, or higher education environment.
