We’re in healthcare, so we take coverage seriously. b.well contributes 85% toward your medical premiums, with access to UMR/UHC’s Enhanced PPO or High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Both options pair with FSA, HSA, or HRA accounts to help you manage your care and costs with confidence. We also cover 100% of dental and vision premiums for employees and 60% for dependents, because preventive care should be accessible, not an afterthought.
