Responsibilities

Evaluate how existing reports are written
Determine what fields were used
Analyze report structure
Design, code, and test new reports
Maintain reports, including production support
Enhance existing reports
Develop new projects from scratch
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to legacy and new-development reports
Coordinate programming activities led by the Team Lead

Requirements

Reports development using Information Builders' WebFOCUS
HTML / User Interface Design
Experience with GUI / User Interface driven by dynamic parameters
JavaScript / CSS
Business and System Analysis
General knowledge of WebFOCUS internals
Understanding of output formats: PDF, EXCEL, HTML, AHTML, WORD
Ability to follow UML Diagrams to create WebReports
Experience with dynamic parameter-driven report selection criteria
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Develop Reports using WebFOCUS 8 – 4 years
Follow UML Diagrams for WebReports – 4 years
GUI Environment with dynamic parameters – 4 years
Business Flow and Data Analysis – 4 years
Understand SQL code and stored procedures to translate into WebReports
Build user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS
Knowledge of WebFOCUS security

Preferred

SQL code & stored procedures – 4 years
HTML/JavaScript/jQuery/CSS UI – 2 years
WebFOCUS security knowledge – 1 year
