Create and modify complex application programs
Identify needs, implement, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot process enhancements
Lead development efforts across application tiers and cross-functional teams
Create complex designs with high visual and functional integrity
Maintain internally developed applications
Write and develop high-quality code
Architect and build new infrastructures
Design and develop custom web applications
Design and create data interfaces
Migrate solutions to newer technologies
Maintain relationships with business units
Lead medium to large development efforts
Identify and initiate programmatic opportunities
Review programmatic changes made by less senior developers
Identify and contribute to developing internal tools
Collaborate on process enhancements
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
7+ years’ experience in designing, developing and maintaining enterprise applications
Experience building and consuming APIs and integration services
Proficiency in modern development frameworks and languages (.NET, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar
Experience with relational databases – designing, developing, and writing queries (SQL)
Familiarity with version control and DevOps tools (Git, TFS, Azure DevOps)
Visual Studio 2015/2017, .NET 4.5 framework
Ability to identify, implement, and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications
Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to write technical instructions
Ability to investigate and analyze information, and to draw conclusions
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well on a team
Ability to work independently
Strong knowledge of system development methodologies, application development tools, system architecture and design principles
Ability to lead and gain buy in to proposed process changes

Any relevant platform or cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Azure, AWS)
Previous experience with sport organization systems and processes
Practical experience working in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
