Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
Design or customize software for client use to optimize operational efficiency
Analyze and design databases within an application area
Coordinate database development as part of a team
Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software
Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements
Design embedded systems software applying computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis

Must have a current/active Secret security clearance
12 years of IT experience with a HS diploma, 8 years with a Bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a Master's degree
Minimum 6 years of hands-on development experience with Java and JavaScript in Linux environments
Minimum 6 years of hands-on development experience with Node.js, Spring/Spring Boot, and Python
Minimum 6 years of experience developing in an Agile / Scrum environment
Development experience with AWS, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFormation, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB
Ability to develop program logic for new applications or analyze existing applications
Experience coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications
Ability to analyze requirements and test and integrate applications
Ability to solve a range of problems independently
