Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems
Build new software
Impact direction
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive application design and architectural decisions
Drive ambiguous or struggling initiatives to resolution
Ship real products at scale

Requirements

10+ years Senior-level Software Engineering experience
Focusing on server-side development
.NET 8 and C# skills essential
Experience with B2B SaaS products is required
Background in dynamic software startup environments
Experience implementing database solutions
Background building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience collaborating with Product Managers
Proven ability to step into ambiguous or struggling initiatives
History of shipping real products at scale

Preferred

Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies
B2G exp is nice to have
Current AI adoption experience highly preferred
