Remote | Human Data Manager, New Grad

We are sharing a full-time opportunity for a recent graduate with strong analytical ability, technical aptitude, and an interest in data operations, project management, workflow optimisation, and human-data systems to support advanced AI training and operational initiatives.

The role focuses on designing and managing high-quality data workflows, monitoring operational performance, analysing datasets, improving processes, and maintaining strong quality standards across human-data operations. It is particularly suited to recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative and operational disciplines. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Human Data Operations

• Support human-data collection, annotation, processing, and analysis workflows
• Design repeatable operational processes for high-quality data production
• Monitor workflow performance and identify operational issues
• Maintain consistency across data-processing activities
• Help ensure datasets meet quality and project requirements

Data Workflow Design

• Build and maintain structured data workflows
• Map operational processes from intake through completion
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification
• Improve workflow reliability and scalability
• Support effective handoffs across project stages

Project Management

• Coordinate operational activities across assigned projects
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and open issues

KPI Development & Performance Monitoring

• Establish and monitor key operational metrics

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyse datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Quality Analysis & Validation

• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Support development of validation procedures

Reporting & Documentation

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks

Process Optimisation

• Continuously evaluate workflows for opportunities to improve efficiency

• Develop familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems and AI data operations

Ideal Profile

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis, annotation, workflow optimisation, or comparable project work
• Interest in operational processes and efficiency improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative working style
• Ability to take ownership of assigned work
