I'm hiring a 100% Remote Data Analyst for an InsurTech SaaS. Offices in Koeln but can work remotely from Germany.

1-2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable position
Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
Passioned to work into a business model and insurance sector
Expertise in the use of BI tools, ideally Power BI
Confident handling of SQL (MySQL or T-SQL) and experience with Python or R
Basic knowledge of data modeling (relational, multidimensional, object-oriented) and previous experience in the use of databases
Ideally, previous experience in the insurance or financial sector
Experience in agile project management

Management and implementation of business intelligence projects with a lot of personal responsibility
Further development of the infrastructure in Azure Cloud (PostgreSQL, Data Factory, Databricks)
Exploratory analysis with SQL and/or Python of data on the subject of insurance
Operation and monitoring of existing analyses in Power BI, as well as provision of new analyses and corresponding data sources in the existing infrastructure
Interdisciplinary field of activity: Analysis of internal/external data in coordination with management and departments as well as the final implementation of solutions with the support of our IT team
