This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for developing workflow-driven solutions using Power Apps and SharePoint. Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint solutions
• Design and implement workflows supporting business and program needs
• Support an established backlog of user stories within an Agile team
• Collaborate with a Technical Lead to evaluate requirements and determine technical architecture
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Support SharePoint governance and migration activities involving ShareGate
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant Microsoft development experience
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and SharePoint development
• Proven experience building workflow-based applications and automations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a Technical Lead
• Experience within an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with ShareGate and SharePoint governance processes
• U.S. citizenship and ability to complete the government clearance process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled tools
• Demonstrated success in building client use cases or automating work with AI tools
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or related Azure certifications
• Experience supporting federal government or Department of Commerce programs

Compensation

Salary Range

$90,000 – $130,000
