Lead architecture, design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications
Independently architect complex solutions and make technology decisions
Lead development efforts from concept through production
Design end-to-end enterprise application architectures
Define technical architecture, system integration strategies, and application roadmaps
Design scalable, secure, high-availability, and cloud-native solutions
Develop application, integration, deployment, and data architecture artifacts
Evaluate technologies and recommend architecture patterns and frameworks
Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications
Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, and Java
Develop modern frontend applications using JavaScript
Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices
Design and implement solutions using AWS services
Design RESTful APIs and microservices
Design relational database architectures and develop optimized SQL solutions
Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices
Leverage AI tools to improve software development productivity and quality
Design and support GIS-enabled enterprise applications

AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer Certification
Experience with Kubernetes (Amazon EKS or OpenShift)
Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or ESRI
Experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Amazon Q, Claude)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
