Design, build, test, and maintain services and technology for insurance platform
Develop core systems and create APIs for user experiences
Build internal tooling and APIs to improve business and engineering processes
Implement systemic changes to align systems with architectural goals
Integrate with external services for payments, documents, and claims
Integrate with data providers for real-time property and risk information
Provide mentorship and support to team members
Collaborate on architectural discussions and decisions
Participate in daily stand-ups, 1:1s, and retrospectives

At least 4 years of professional/production experience developing backend web-stack applications
Professional experience leveraging Go in prior roles
Sustained track record of creating improvements in business-critical systems
Demonstrated ability to deliver complete systems from start to finish with little or no supervision
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Prior Billing/Payment System management experience highly preferred
