Senior Officer – Draftsman Electrical | Substation | Gurugram & Kolkata

A) Job description

• Should have experience in drafting work for both AIS & GIS substation.
• Should have Clear concept of EHV equipment, structures, and Layouts.
• Should be capable for preparing General arrangement drawings.
• Hands on experience on preparation of Electrical Single Line Diagram for HV / EHV Sub-stations, LT system etc.
• Preparation of Electrical layouts plan & Section for HV/ EHV Sub-stations.
• Preparation of Erection Key Diagram, earthing layout, Lightening Protection Layout
• Preparation of foundation plan & Cable trench layout.
• Cable schedule and quantity estimation.
• Preparation of Panel arrangement layout.
• Preparation of Lighting layout, Conduit Layout, SLDs. BOM.
• Coordination with civil drawings, Mechanical drawings etc.
• Awareness of ANSI Code, IEC – Clearance requirements in AIS & GIS substations

B) Software & skills required

• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD
• BIM 360, Revit
• MS-word, Excel
• Dialux

Education requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or diploma in electrical.
• Certification – AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Certification in BIM & Revit will be added advantage.
• Should be able to write and read English.
