Implement features, fix bugs, and resolve production incidents across iOS and Android
Own mobile initiatives end-to-end from requirements to production
Act as the team's primary technical escalation point for complex mobile problems
Review code and designs for correctness and alignment with mobile patterns
Contribute to and evolve mobile engineering standards
Monitor the operational health of shipped work and respond to post-release issues

8+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years with React Native
Proficiency in React Native and TypeScript
Strong JavaScript fundamentals
Working knowledge of relational and document databases
Understanding of RESTful API design and HTTP fundamentals
Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms and tooling (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle)
Understanding of mobile OS fundamentals
Experience with automated testing practices
Understanding of mobile security
Confident day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tools
Ability to independently diagnose common React Native production issues
Track record of owning mobile initiatives end-to-end
Experience designing mobile application architecture
Experience designing or integrating native modules and SDKs
Experience owning the release process
Experience establishing mobile engineering practice
Experience designing resilient asynchronous and event-driven backend interactions
Experience with mobile production operations
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop less experienced engineers
English proficiency sufficient for daily communication
Fluent in Russian
