Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS solutions
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements
Develop and support custom Oracle objects, interfaces, conversions, reports, and enhancements
Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects
Support Oracle Cloud and enterprise application integration initiatives
Perform break-fix analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Develop technical documentation, design artifacts, and support materials
Ensure solutions align with security, performance, and operational requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Public Trust Clearance required
Minimum of 7 years experience developing solutions within Oracle EBS applications
Minimum of 3–5 years experience with Conversion Architecture and Development
Minimum of 7–10 years experience with Oracle Cloud Application Development
Minimum of 7–10 years experience with Oracle Applications Development
Experience with SOA, Java, and PL/SQL development
Experience designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, interfaces, conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows (CEMLI)
Experience supporting Agile Scrum teams and participating in iterative software delivery processes
Experience developing and supporting integrations using SOA, REST APIs, web services, or middleware technologies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
Experience supporting Oracle Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Financials modules
Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives
Experience supporting federal government ERP modernization initiatives
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud migration or integration efforts
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams
