Job Openings UIUX Engineer

Work closely with UX Leads, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, user journeys, and business needs.
Support discovery activities, user story mapping, workshops, user research, and usability testing.
Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI design tools.
Facilitate design discussions and communicate design concepts, user flows, and prototypes to project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure designs follow established UX/UI guidelines and maintain consistency across digital platforms.
Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and support UAT prior to go-live.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
Hands-on experience with user research methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and guerrilla testing.
Experience facilitating brainstorming, discovery, and stakeholder alignment workshops.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design experience, including research, wireframing, user testing, and visual UI design.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend frameworks to support effective collaboration and developer handoff.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with AI design tools is an added advantage.
