Responsibilities

Provide technology blueprints and strategic options
Introduce emerging technologies, methodologies, and processes
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives
Advise product and technology teams on designing and deploying applications
Influence coding practices, architectural patterns, and review processes
Partner with infrastructure, data services, and other enterprise groups
Mentor team members

Explore innovative solutions hands-on
Represent OEC in technology communities and conferences

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years designing and developing complex software applications
Expertise in modern architecture principles, design patterns
Expertise in Hybrid Microsoft .NET
Expertise in C#
Expertise in Java
Expertise in relational databases
Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, React)
Cloud native AWS Experience
Experience with Web APIs
Experience with microservice architectures

Preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity to ambiguous situations
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Business acumen and a passion for driving technology transformation
