Responsibilities

Architect scalable and efficient solutions
Design and build robust, scalable systems
Provide technical guidance and mentorship
Lead the design and implementation of complex systems

Requirements

10+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience in healthtech/healthcare is a plus
Shipping applications to production environments
Mastery in software development
Mastery in system design
Mastery in coding
Proficiency in Agile methodologies
Experience in cloud computing
Experience in DevOps
Experience in database management
Experience with scalable AI/ML models
Proficiency in performance optimization
Proficiency in complex system architecture
Proficiency in data processing
Ability to work cross-functionally with PMs and Designers
Iterative development
Feedback loops
Data-driven decision-making
Organize input from stakeholders to define business objectives
Translate business objectives into actionable system requirements
Develop and execute technology roadmaps
Best practice experience with coding standards
Best practice experience with refactoring
Best practice experience with complexity reduction
Best practice experience with Domain Driven Design
Best practice experience with schema design
Hands-on experience with object oriented design
Hands-on experience with modularization of monolithic applications
Experience maintaining and upgrading Ruby and Rails-based production stacks
