Implement system and work processes to meet internal and external requirements regarding functionality, lead-time and any legal requirements.
Be an escalation point for LSP’s super users for IT and process issues towards global process owners and functional managers.
Verify that the generic IT and e2e process is implemented and used. This is done by driving yearly Audit programs. Results is summarized and reported according to defined reporting structure.
Drive the collection of issues, consolidate issues, and drive issue resolution by developing generic training or new demand definition towards system or process owners
Set up and secure a smooth operation of the e2e operation, report competence gaps/training requirements towards line managers
Drive implementations on respectively local sites when it comes to new functionalities/processes
