Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases
Identify client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements
Deliver services and solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams
Provide technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform solutions
Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation
Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate
Develop and refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
Ensure high quality, bug-free development as per coding standards
Participate in daily project scrum meetings
Collaborate to design and implement enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution
Serve as Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Help create design documentation for new solutions and functions
Work with the support team to resolve production support issues
Stay up to date on the latest Power Platform updates and roadmap features

US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Minimum 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer (on-premise and Online)
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer for custom workflow solutions
Hands-on experience with PowerApps / Power Automate (M365 Suite)
Experience in designing complex common data models
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
Experience utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend
Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements and test scripts
Knowledge of software programming languages and technologies
Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
Experience developing PowerApps model
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
Ability to initiate majority of relevant tasks, specify and plan activities
Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft DataVerse (CDS), Power Automate
Experience with and a good understanding of the Power Platform CoE and governance components
