Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web-based UI and .NET applications
  • Develop and execute automated data validation scripts for migration
  • Document data and interface mappings between legacy and modern systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements
  • Maintain Azure DevOps product backlog and user stories
  • Design schemas and implement stored procedures in Azure SQL
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization
  • Participate in code reviews for performance and security
  • Validate record counts and referential integrity across environments
  • Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Log and manage defects using Azure DevOps
  • Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework
  • Experience with Azure SQL and Azure App Service
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Git Repositories
  • Expertise in automated data validation and testing scripts
  • Experience documenting legacy-to-modern data mappings
  • Solid understanding of Agile Scrum principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio

Preferred

  • Experience with legacy system modernization projects
  • Experience with public-sector transformation projects
  • Knowledge of security and user role management
  • Familiarity with API documentation and system integration
