Job Description

Were hiring a SEO Manager to lead organic growth for a US-facing Sportsbook & Online Casino.

This is a strategic, performance-driven role focused on driving signups and non-brand FTD growth, not just rankings. Youll own the SEO roadmap across technical SEO, content strategy, authority building, and GEO/AI optimization, while collaborating with Product, Dev, CRM, and Content teams.

What Youll Own

• Organic acquisition strategy & execution
• Technical SEO (indexation, CWV, architecture, migrations)
• Content systems & topic cluster expansion
• Authority & link strategy
• GEO / AI search optimization (entity-first SEO, structured data, LLM visibility)
• Performance reporting tied to commercial KPIs

Success

• Increased organic signups
• Growth in non-brand FTDs
• Stronger domain authority
• Clear, data-backed SEO impact

What Were Looking For

• 5–8+ years of SEO experience in competitive industries (iGaming strongly preferred)
• Proven ownership of organic growth strategy
• Experience with AI-powered search visibility and modern SEO frameworks
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
