Design and build a cloud-native control plane for a managed database platform
Develop Kubernetes Operators and Controllers to provision, upgrade, scale, and maintain customer clusters
Build automation around backups, replication, failover, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Design APIs and orchestration systems that manage stateful infrastructure
Work closely with cloud-native database technologies and the wider Postgres ecosystem
Improve deployment, testing, monitoring, and operational tooling
Collaborate directly with customers to solve complex infrastructure challenges
Shape product strategy, technical architecture, and engineering best practices

Experience building distributed systems or cloud infrastructure platforms
Experience developing Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, CRDs, or other Kubernetes-native software
Experience designing APIs, control planes, orchestration platforms, or infrastructure automation
Production development experience in Go or Rust
Operating reliable production workloads on Kubernetes
Experience with infrastructure tooling such as Terraform, Helm, Bash, or Python
