Responsibilities

  • Drive architecture decisions across the stack
  • Lead complex product challenges end-to-end
  • Mentor other engineers
  • Translate clinical workflows into scalable solutions
  • Identify and drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience
  • Champion AI tools in daily workflow

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience
  • 4+ years at the Senior level shipping complex features
  • Extensive experience with 0-1 builds
  • Proficient with AI coding tools
  • Experience at early-staged venture-backed startups
  • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders around technical decisions
  • Passion for improving mental healthcare

Preferred

  • HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experience
  • AI/ML integration in production
  • Based in San Francisco and able to go into the office 2 days per week
