Lead Assistant Manager

Oversee multiple operational analytics projects. Work closely with operations teams to align analytics with business goals. Ensure continuous improvement in processes through data insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including requirements gathering, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
• Design and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
• Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of leading analytics projects from inception to completion, delivering tangible business results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL/Python

Oversee operational analytics projects. Ensure analytics align with business objectives. Drive process improvement initiatives.

• Proficient with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of descriptive statistical modeling methodologies and techniques such as classification, regression, and association activities to support statistical analysis in various healthcare data.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts
• Strong written, verbal and Customer service skills
• Proficiency in compiling data, creating reports and presenting information, including expertise with query, MS Excel and / or other such product like SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, etc
• Proficiency on various data forms including but not limited to star and snowflake schemas.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical applications
• Desire to work within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on various projects.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects

Bachelor�s degree in Business, Data Science, Operations, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in operational analytics.
