Responsibilities

Replace outdated tracking tools with secure Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power BI solutions
Create clean, intuitive user interfaces using Figma prototypes
Configure automated processes, custom connectors, and Dataverse structures
Maintain software stability and release cycles using Azure DevOps or GitHub
Partner with architects and stakeholders to translate financial compliance needs into technical requirements

Requirements

US Citizenship required
8+ years advanced experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power BI
Hands-on UI/UX design experience with Figma wireframes and interactive prototypes
Experience delivering software solutions for federal financial management or regulatory compliance
Direct experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and release management
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Preferred

Experience collaborating within structured Scrum or Kanban delivery teams
Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400
Strong technical documentation skills for UI design patterns and system guides
