We are looking for an Associate to support ERP delivery with particular expertise in AI-enabled solutions and advanced automation.This is a builder’s role within the broader

ERP delivery team

you will lean heavily into your technical expertise, using large language models (LLMs) as development partners, standing up agentic workflows, and shipping usable applications, not just prototypes, while contributing across delivery activities as engagement needs and priorities require.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build AI-powered solutions using Claude, ChatGPT, and similar models as development partners, not just as end-user tools.
• Develop agentic frameworks and intelligent automation workflows.
• Create front-end interfaces using Power Apps, React, Streamlit, or similar technologies.
• Build Python back ends with application programming interface (API) integration and orchestration.
• Deliver working prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to broader ERP delivery activities as engagement needs and priorities require.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Real fluency with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar models as build partners.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• The ability to stand up a usable front end quickly.
• Python back-end development with API and vector-store integration.
• A track record of shipping working solutions, not just demos.
• Foundational Power BI, plus working Power Platform and Power Automate capability.
• Bachelor's degree.

NICE TO HAVE

• React or Streamlit front-end development.
• Advanced LLM orchestration and prompt engineering.
• Vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
